Since 1999, Kelly Murphy has been globally freelancing across the various fields of editorial, educational and book illustration, as well as character design (Esme and Roy by Sesame Workshop for HBO) and concept art for the film, theater and toy industries. Her chapter book Masterpiece, written by Elise Broach, has been optioned for film, and her art was shown at the Sundance Film Festival in a documentary by Magnolia Pictures.
